The re-envisioned Mish Mish Montclair, NJ Restaurant, owned by local celebrity Chef Meny, is as vibrant and passionate as the meals served. We took our inspiration from the restaurant's Arabic name, 'Mish Mish', meaning 'apricot'. That influence is reflected in the design's vibrant colors, rich textures, and expressive patterns.
Around each corner of the space is a unique exploration with unexpected surprises — from cushions fashioned from men's belts to a high-gloss ceiling. The ceiling provides a dual purpose within the design by creating a statement feature while also creating an indirect light source that illuminates the deeply saturated walls. This restaurant is more than just a restaurant, it's a statement, that where we eat should be just as vibrant as what we eat.
