An apartment building lobby space utilized by the students of Rutgers University located in New Brunswick NJ, is anything but what you would expect from college off campus housing. We grounded the design with earthy industrial materials and details, like a silver inlaid cork wall and custom designed floating fireplace that anchors the space.
